Northern Pines pancake mix is made from four types of grain, so it is critical to use the proper amount of water to make the mix perform properly. Pour the contents of the bag in a mixing bowl. Our rich formulation tends to clump in the bag.

This helps blend the water into a smooth batter more rapidly.

Maintaining the proper mix consistency is important! If the mix gets too thick, just add a little more cold water and gently stir to thin out the batter.
